A course divided into two curricula, Biotechnology for Food (in Italian) and Biotechnologies for Food Science (entirely in English), which provides advanced knowledge to be able to carry out complex coordination and orientation activities in the biotechnology sector. The variety of disciplines studied (from biotechnological methodologies to the characterization and knowledge of the agri-food chain), a consistent laboratory activity, a semester entirely dedicated to experimental activities aimed at the final assessment and the innovativeness of the work practices learned will allow you to operate both in the field of food safety and quality control and in that of food production with professionalism and attention to the challenges of contemporaneity.
