Research Area
Psychology of Language.\nElectrophysiology of cognitive processes.\nSentence Comprehension.\nSyntax, semantics, pragmatics.\nInterplay between language and visual attention.\nLanguage in bilingualism, aging, deafness.
Thesis proposals
Available thesis projects, both at bachelor and master level:
-neural entrainment to sentences and phrases by studying the EEG response to rythmic presentation of syllables
- study of the process of sentence and word repetition
- study of sentence processing by using a maze-task
- text comprehension in children
I will also consider proposals and ideas from students, especially in case they fit with topics linked to language processing. I do not have the possibility of signing professional internships.
