Professore Ordinario





Massimiliano Carrara is Full Professor of Logic, FISPPA Department – Padua University (Padua, Italy), where he teaches Logic and Philosophy of Language. Moreover, he is Visiting Professor at the Renmin University of China (Peking-China), at the Institut of Philosophy – faculty of Theology, USI in Lugano (Swiss) where he teaches Logic and Teaching Fellow of Critical Thinking at the Commercial University Bocconi (Milan, Italy). He is also principal investigator of Philosophy of Logic at COGITO – Research center of Philosophy (Bologna, Italy), one of the coordinators of the BoBoPa Research Group (Bonn, Bologna and Padua) and member of the European Network in Philosophy of Logic. He has been Visiting researcher and Visiting professor of some universities, Visiting scholar at Columbia University – (NY, US) and Graduate Student at Oxford University (UK). He has written articles in philosophy of logic, logic and metaphysics for some international peer-reviewed philosophy and logic journals: Dialectica, Erkenntnis, Inquiry, Journal of Applied Logic, Journal of Applied non-classical Logics, Journal of Logic and Computation, Logic and Logical Philosophy, Logique et Analyse, Philosophy Compass, Philosophical Studies, Studia Logica, Synthese, The Journal of Philosophical Logic, The Monist, The Review of Philosophy and Psychology, The Review of Symbolic Logic.
