1984-1978 From 1978 till 1984 Worked as an educational psychologist at the Municipality of Venice, Dpt. of Education.

Was member of ISRE Executive Committee, 1994-1998; Secretary of the Division "Experimental Psychlogy of the Italian Society of psychology, 1994-1995. Is member of various scientific societies, including ISRE, European Association of Experimental Social Psychology, AIP (Association of Italian Psychology).
TEACHING APPOINTMENTS, AND SUPERVISION ACTIVITIES Has tought and teaches university courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and PhD level, on topics related to Psychology of Emotions, Methods of Data Collection, Social Psychology, and Psychology of Language - also at European Universities. Has supervised the work of research-grant holders, and PhD students. Regularly supervises undergraduate and graduate students' work for their thesis.
INSTITUTIONAL SCIENTIFIC & EDUCATIONAL APPOINTMENTS Member of the Cognitive Sciences PhD program, UdSP; was member of PhD Committees at UdSP, University of Amsterdam and Milano-Bicocca. Has been President of the distant-learning Degree Course in Disciplines of Social Psychological Research, UdSP.
RECENT FINANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS Grant (130.000 euro) by Fondazione CARIPARO for an Excellence project on Emotional Intelligence (2007-2012); partner of European project LEONARDO “Inovicts” (local founding 40.000 euro; 2003-2005); Principal Investigator of a FIRB inter-university project (Padova, Napoli, Parma) on emotion regulation (local founding about 40.000 euro; 2003-2005); winner of a START-UP biennal project of at UdSP.
