Ph.D. in Development and Well-being of Individuals and Organizations (35th cycle) from LUMSA University of Rome. Licensed psychologist, registered with the Order of Psychologists of Veneto (no. 12302). Member of the Interdepartmental Research Center on Work-Related Distress (CIRD).
His research areas include:
- Promotion of social change
– Return to work after parental leave
– New way of working and the application of emerging technologies (e.g., AI) in organizational contexts
These studies have resulted in research and intervention activities across various organizational settings.
