1976 : Graduated in Medicine and Surgery, University of Padova,
1976 : Winner of a 3 year Scholarship on organ transplantation, Institute of Pathology General Surgery
1976 to 1981: Residency in General and Thoracic Surgery at the School of Medicine University of Padova
1981 – 1984 : Assistant Professor of Surgery, at School of Medicine University of Padova
1984 :: Associate Professor of Surgery, at School of Medicine University of Padova
1996 – 1998 : Member of Scientific Committee, Computational Dpt. University of Padova
