Marta Bagatin received the Master Degree (cum laude) in Electronic Engineering in 2006 and the Ph.D. in Information Science and Technology in 2010 from the University of Padova, Italy. Since September 2022, she is an Associate Professor in Electronics at the University of Padova. Her research interests concern the experimental study and modeling of radiation effects and reliability issues on electronic devices for space, nuclear, and terrestrial applications, with a special focus on non-volatile semiconductor memories. Marta took part and is actively involved in numerous projects and collaborations with universities, space agencies (ESA-ESTEC, NASA-JPL, ASI), research institutions (INFN, CERN, Rutherford Appleton Laboratories, IMEC, Fusion for Energy), and companies (STMicroelectronics, Micron, Thales Alenia Space). She spent time in several international laboratories and universities (INFN Legnaro National Laboratories, ESA-ESTEC, Université Catholique de Louvain, the Svedberg Laboratory, the Paul Scherrer Institute, GSI, etc.), where she used a large number of facilities for the irradiation of electronic components.Since 2008, Marta has regularly attended the IEEE NPSS Nuclear Space Radiation Effects Conference (NSREC) and the RADiation Effects on Components and Systems (RADECS) conference. She participated to several other IEEE-sponsored conferences on reliability and radiation effects, also as part of the technical (NSREC, RADECS, IRPS) or management committee (IRPS), serving as session chair, tutorial chair, and poster chair. She was the RADECS 2022 technical program chair. MB is a regular reviewer for international journals, in particular for the IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science. Marta is the author or co-author of 4 book chapters, more than 75 papers published in peer-reviewed journals, more than 90 presentations at international conferences (4 of them invited), and editor of one book. The results of her work were recognized with 10 awards at NSREC and RADECS conferences. She was a lecturer or invited speaker at Universities, research centers, space agencies, and companies in Europe, USA, Brazil, China, and Australia.
