Change of scientific-disciplinary sector for lecturer staff

The application to transfer to another scientific-disciplinary sector, duly justified and accompanied by the curriculum vitae of scientific and teaching activities and by the list of qualifications and scientific publications considered useful for the assessment of the transfer to another sector, is addressed to the Rector, sent to the Faculty Office at the email address carriere.docenti@unipd.it and to the director of the Department of affiliation, using the dedicated form (available in the area riservata accessibile tramite SSO - Carriere personale docente).

There is no deadline for submitting the application. The Department Council resolves on the application taking into account the teaching needs related to the scientific-disciplinary sectors concerned. After acquiring the opinion of the Department Council, the application is submitted to the Academic Senate, which resolves on the matter. Subsequently, the documents are sent to the CUN to obtain the opinion within its competence. Finally, assignment to the new scientific-disciplinary sector is established by Rectoral Decree and takes effect from the beginning of the academic year following the issuance of the rectoral measure.
