HOW TO WRITE YOUR THESIS
Dr. Peter Kramer
http://www.researchgate.net/profile/Peter_Kramer/

In this interactive online seminar, I offer personal guidance on how to write an English text in general and a thesis (“triennale” or “magistrale”) in particular. Examples of topics discussed:
- How to build and structure the thesis around one central message.
- How to use the right tense (present, past) for each section.
- How to create smooth transitions between sentences, paragraphs, and sections.
- Where to place a sentence’s most important information.
- How to render one’s writing clearer, more concise, more concrete, and as a result, more convincing.

You can also receive direct feedback on your own writing via email and, if desired, Zoom or Skype. Relevant material, including a PowerPoint presentation and articles on academic writing, is made available via Dropbox.

There is no need to sign up. Simply contact me via email: peter.kramer@unipd.it. Let me know whether you are a graduate or undergraduate student and whether the thesis you are writing or planning to write is “bibliographical” or “experimental”.
