During your stay - Erasmus+ for studies

  Learning Agreement Changes

During your stay you can change your Learning Agreement, by following these steps:

  1. If you do not have a form for changing your courses, download it, print and sign it. You should complete and sign only the section called “During the Mobility”. In fact, the section called “Before the Mobility” has already been signed before your arrival in Padova.
  2. Ask your Departmental Coordinator in Padova to help you decide which courses to add or drop and have the form signed from him/her. Students of Medicine and Surgery and Students of Law must refer to the Erasmus Desk of their School.
  3. Come then to the International Office (Palazzo del Bo) to have the LA stamped and sent to your university by e-mail. As an alternative, you can request the stamp by email (erasmus.incoming@unipd.it), enclosing a complete copy of the document.
  4. After the changed Learning Agreement has been counter-signed by your university, you should send a scanned copy of it to erasmus.incoming@unipd.it

How to fill in the Study Plan in Uniweb

In order to successfully sign up for exams, you should fill in the STUDY PLAN on your Uniweb account.

As this procedure might be quite complicated, the International Relations Office is organizing several meetings to provide you with assistance.

The meetings are taking place throughout December. In order to participate, you should book an appointment.

Students from Schools of Engineering, Sciences, and Human Sciences can book their appointment by filling the form available in our online platform under "Erasmus+ Student" menu > "Study Plan: book an appointment".

Students from other Schools/Departments should refer to the Erasmus Desk of their School/Department.

It is compulsory to fill in the online study plan before sitting the exams, because you will be able to sign up for them and to record the grades only if the course units are already included in your Uniweb Booklet.

If you can't attend any appointment to fill in the Study Plan, you can download the guide "Uniweb: how to fill in the Study Plan" below, where the procedure is described.  Please follow the instructions step by step in order to avoid errors.

How to sign up for exams

Before taking an exam, you should register for it on Uniweb during the registration period.

You can sign up for the exam only if you have filled in the Study Plan on Uniweb and only if the registration for the exam you are signing up for is open.

If you don't sign up for the exam on Uniweb, the professor will not be able to register your grade, and the exam will NOT appear in your final Transcript of Records.

In order to successfully sign up for exams, follow the procedure described in the Guide “How to sign up for exams”.

Once you pass the exam, you have the possibility to refuse the grade within 7 days after the publication of results. More information available in the Guide "How to refuse a grade" below.

Do not forget to check regularly your email account @studenti.unipd.it during the registration process and the exam session.

You might meet some problems during the exams registration. Please DO NOT WAIT till the day in which the exam takes place. If you encounter any problem, please contact immediately:

- the Central Desk of International Relations Office (erasmus.incoming@unipd.it) OR
- the Erasmus Desk of your School
