Characteristics and objectives
The first cycle degree in Engineering and Management aims to prepare a professional figure that puts together a solid knowledge base in basic methodologies (mathematics, physics and computer science) and major engineering disciplines with specific process management skills, thus developing the ability to analyse and solve the relevant managerial and organizational problems. The distinctive feature of the Management Engineer, so appreciated by the labour market, is the ability to combine the typical technological skills of the industrial engineer with economic, organizational and managerial skills, thus succeeding in dealing with complex problems of a transversal and interdisciplinary nature.

Graduates find employment in companies of all industrial sectors, in service companies, as consultants and in public administrations.
