ORAL PRESENTATIONS AND POSTERS

For submitting your oral presentation or poster please complete the online abstract form by 31th May 2017:

Abstract Online Form

All contributions, oral presentations and posters will be subject to the approval of the Scientific Secretariat of the Conference

Abstract sent by fax or mail will not be considered. Abstracts must be in English or in Italian. The Scientific Secretariat reserves the right to assess and decide whether the presentation should be delivered orally or with posters. When submitting the abstract, in any case, please indicate your preferred form of presentation. No tables, graphs or images of any sort must be included in your abstract. On receipt of the abstract a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address of the first author. Failure to register will result in the exclusion of your paper. 

Notification of acceptance

Acceptance of the contribution will be communicated to the e-mail address of the first author by 20th June 2017

Oral presentations

Authors will have 20 minutes for their presentation.

Official languages: Italian and English.

Available equipment: video projection with PC connection (for Power Point presentations)

Posters

Maximum size: 80 cm (width) x 120 cm (height). 

Symposium submission

Symposium submission must be in English or in Italian. 
from 3 to 5 presentations max can be provided for each symposium.
Symposia will be as follows:

  • 1 Hour, max 3 presentations;
  • 1 Hour and 30 minutes, max 4 presentations;
  • 2 Hours, max 5 presentations.
  • Authors will be given 20 minutes for the presentation.

Available equipment: video projector with a PC connection (for Power Point presentations). Authors interested in submitting a symposium in the Conference, are kindly invited to fill out and returned by April 30, 2017 the Symposium submission form.

Symposium Online Form 

Symposium submission sent after the deadline will not be considered.
Symposia submissions will be subject to the approval of the Scientific Secretariat of the Conference.
On receipt of the Symposium submission a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Proponent’s e-mail address. Failure to register to the Conference of proponent and presenters will result in the exclusion of Symposium from the program.
