IN PARTICOLARE, IL PROGETTO PREVEDE LO STUDIO DI COMPLESSI ENZIMA-INIBITORE DI SVARIATE BETA-LATTAMASI IN COMPLESSO CON COMPOSTI SELEZIONATI MEDIANTE SCREENING IN SILICO E VALIDATI IN VITRO ED E' FINALIZZATO A DESCRIVERE LA MODALITA' DI LEGAME E STABILIRE QUALI SIANO LE INTERAZIONI CHIAVE NELL'INIBIZIONE ESERCITATA DA TALI COMPOSTI.

IN PARTICOLARE, IL PROGETTO PREVEDE LO STUDIO DI COMPLESSI ENZIMA-INIBITORE DI SVARIATE BETA-LATTAMASI IN COMPLESSO CON COMPOSTI SELEZIONATI MEDIANTE SCREENING IN SILICO E VALIDATI IN VITRO ED E' FINALIZZATO A DESCRIVERE LA MODALITA' DI LEGAME E STABILIRE QUALI SIANO LE INTERAZIONI
CHIAVE NELL'INIBIZIONE ESERCITATA DA TALI COMPOSTI.
